How do I create my account ?

Click on the link « Your account » at the top of the homepage and select the topic "Register". Fill in the form with your personal details : civility, last name, first name, mobile n°, email and password. Careful, your password must contain at least 4 characters, an upper-case letter and a number. Fill in your billing information (click on + to view the fields). Select the checkbox "I accept the terms and conditions" and validate your registration. You can also select the checkbox "I agree to receive the G7 Booking info" to receive our newsetter. Careful, all the fields with a « * » are mandatory. You will receive an email "activation of your account G7 Booking" with a 5 digits code, valid during 30 days. Enter the code to finalize the creation of your account.

I didn't receive my activation code, what do I do?

First, verify in your "junk mails", the email may be in there. Otherwise, you can send again the activation email by following these steps : - Click on the link "Your account" at the top of the homepage and select "activate my account". - Click on the link « You didn't receive your email? ». - Fill in the email adress used to create the account. - Click on « Receive my code » We will send you an email with the new activation code.

I can't login to my account, what do I do?

If you don't manage to login with your ID and password, make sure that you're trying to login on the right version of the website. There are several versions of the website G7 Booking. The link of the website is available o the email that you received to confirm the creation of your account.

I forgot my password, how do I retrieve it?

- Click on the link « Your account » at the top of the homepage and select the topic « Login ». - Click on « You have an account? » and then click on « Forgotten password? » below the field. - Enter the email adress that you used to create your account. - Click on the button « Receive my password ». We will send you an email « Update of your password » with temporary password.

How do I access my order/bill if I don't have an account?

Click on « Manage my rides » on the top of the homepage and choose « I don't have an account ». Enter the email you used and the order/ride reference you want to access to, then click on « LOGIN »
